HDX-MS for Protein Dynamics

​HDX-MS measures changes in mass associated with the isotopic exchange between amide hydrogens of the protein backbone and its surrounding solvent.
HDX-MS provides information regarding:

• Protein conformations
• Protein dynamics 
• Biomolecule binding
• Protein aggregation
